Zuanastia has extensive experience in Human Capital Management and SAP HCM Consulting, with a career spanning over a decade. Since September 2015, Zuanastia has been working at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) in the Human Capital Operation role. Prior to this, Zuanastia held various consulting positions, including SAP HCM Consultant at Perdana Consulting and PT Konsulindo Informatika Perdana, where responsibilities included implementing and supporting SAP HR modules. Notable projects include providing support for HR issues at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi and upgrading SAP HCM modules at Bank Mandiri. Zuanastia also contributed to business process modeling and analysis during previous consulting engagements at Garuda Indonesia and PT Latinusa, Tbk. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
