Ted Wang

Ted Wang has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ted is currently the VP of Application Engineering Americas at Telit since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Thales as the Sr Director FAE IoT Americas from 2013 to 2021 and then as the Director of Application Engineering, NORAM from 2021 to 2023. Before Thales, they worked at Elektrobit as a Systems Architect / Staff Engineer Wireless systems from 2004 to 2013. Ted also has experience working at SR Telecom as a Sr DSP Software Engineer from 2006 to 2007 and at AT&T Wireless / SR Telecom as a Sr DSP Software Engineer from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they worked at Intel as a Sr Software Engineer from 1999 to 2000 and at 3Com / USRobotics as a DSP Software Engineer from 1996 to 1999.

Ted Wang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from St. Cloud State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Ted later pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (MSEE) from the University of Houston from 1994 to 1996. During their graduate studies, they focused on various areas including DSP, digital image processing, wavelets, multiresolution analysis, QMF, and fuzzy neural networks.
