Joko Santoso

Joko Santoso is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Enterprise Service Delivery Manager at Telkomsel since September 2016. In this role, Joko has developed and implemented strategic planning for core mobile broadband capacity and network design, initiated process optimization for Access Point Name service delivery, and constructed key network elements like the Global Roaming eXchange. Prior to this, Joko worked at Telkomsel as a PS Core Engineering Specialist, where responsibilities included designing core network services and improving subscription rates. With earlier experience as an Engineer for VAS & Datacomm Operation and a Software Engineer at Logica CMG, Joko has demonstrated expertise across various telecommunications functions. Joko holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Data Analytics from William & Mary and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitas Gunadarma.
