Ricky Roland has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as General Manager of Digital Journey & Service Design and formerly as General Manager of Postpaid Core Product Marketing at Telkomsel since October 2007. Ricky's responsibilities encompass enterprise and postpaid product development, strategic system enhancements, and roaming services. Additional roles included managing prepaid product development and leading initiatives in billing and project management. Prior experience includes a position as Business/System Analyst at Pusilkom University of Indonesia, where Ricky reengineered PT Jamsostek's business processes and developed IT standard operating procedures. Ricky holds an MSc in Information Systems and Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia.
