Ridho Nur Imansyah

Ridho Nur Imansyah has over 17 years of experience in the IT field, currently serving as GM IT Business Partner & Strategic Delivery at Telkomsel since April 2016, where responsibilities include strategic alignment, vendor management, and cost management. Prior to this role, Ridho held various positions at Telkomsel, including IT Financial and Performance Manager and IT Enterprise Architect, and worked in IT Customer Care Operation, handling CRM application functionality for postpaid customers. Ridho began professional career as a Java Developer at Jawasoft. Educational qualifications include a Master of Information Technology specializing in Enterprise Systems from Queensland University of Technology, a Master’s in Management of Information Systems from BINUS University, and a degree in Informatics Engineering from Telkom University.
