Ryan Goard

Ryan brings twenty-five years of experience in various sales management roles in the construction and manufacturing industries. He has spent over a decade in senior leadership positions that focused on building teams and increasing revenue on a national level. He is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to position Tella Firma for predictable and sustainable business growth. Ryan joined Tella Firma in September of 2018 as President and was appointed the CEO position in June of 2019.
