Joel Fischer

Joel Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joel started their career in 1995 as a System Engineer at Apertus Technologies and later worked as a Senior Test Engineer at Lucent/Ascend from 1997 to 1999. Joel then joined Caspian in 1999, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Software, Technical Advisor, Principal Engineer, Manager of Customer Service, and Senior Sales Engineer. In 2006, they joined Allot Communications as a System Engineer before moving on to ViaSat in 2007 as the Manager of System Engineering - ICT. Joel worked there until 2009. Since 2009, Joel has been associated with Tellabs, where they have held various positions including Systems Engineering Lead, Senior System Sales Engineer, System Engineering Manager, and currently, Director of SE Operations.

Joel Fischer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University, graduating between 1980 and 1985.
