Christopher Buck has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and HR management. Since October 2021, they have been serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Tellurian Inc. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at TALK (Talent Acquisition Leadership Keynotes) from January 2021 onwards.
From 2015 to 2021, Christopher worked at Noble Energy, where they held various roles. From October 2019 until their recent move to Tellurian Inc., they served as the HR Manager for the Contingent Workforce Program. In this role, they provided strategic direction for Noble Energy's contingent labor program. From January 2015 to October 2019, they held the position of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manager, responsible for the strategic direction of the Talent Acquisition department, including campus recruiting, diversity recruiting, and workforce planning.
Prior to their time at Noble Energy, Christopher had a fruitful tenure at Halliburton, starting in October 2011. Their roles at Halliburton included Global Mid-Career Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Team Lead for Global Technology & Support Services, and Talent Management & Acquisition Specialist for Sperry Drilling. Christopher also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Lucas Group from 2007 to October 2011.
Christopher Buck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Christopher has also obtained additional certifications including Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), and Targeted Selection Trainer from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
