Chris Clark is the current Chief Information Officer at Tellworks Logistics. Prior to this, Chris was a Department Manager at BED BATH & BEYOND INC EMPLOYEE HEALTH PLAN from December 2018 to March 2020. Before that, Chris was an Operations Shift Manager at Amazon from November 2013 to September 2018, where they developed a process to improve Outbound TPH during their shift and then trained all other managers on site on the same actions, which resulted in the Outbound TPH increasing from 53 to the network best of 73. Lessons learned were shared with PNOI for network roll-out. Out Of Stock (OOS) project lowered UTX4 OOS metric from +.50% to <.10% utilizing Days of Count (DOC) and Last Unique Asin (LUA) strategies and emphasizing an organized and strategic Inbound Process. Established these processes into the daily workflow going forward to ensure bin health continues to improve resulting in higher customer satisfaction and reduced labor costs. Worked with FC team to streamline operations, pushing building TPH from a 13.0 in wk4 of 2017 to a 25.9 in wk18 by aggressively managing inbound and outbound functions, efficiently limiting In Direct Roles, and strategic placing of high velocity ASINs in a quick pick path. Worked with site team on Connections score feedback – helping to turn site from High ER Risk site to Low Risk site. Trained 1 Area Manager and 4 Assistant Managers during their onboarding process. Assisted in the launch of Fresh Integration in Dallas. Organized and executed single largest outbound window in the entire Prime Now network three times (Peak ’15, Harry Potter Event ‘16, Peak ’16) and the total outbound record for a single day twice (Peak ’16 Dec 23/24).
