Meta Gracilla has significant experience in collections and verification within the financial and telecommunications sectors. Currently an Agent Deskcollection at Telmark Indonesia since November 2019, Meta Gracilla works on the Shopee project while also managing inbound and outbound calls to remind debtors of overdue payments related to the Akulaku credit application. Previous roles include Deskcollection Autodial at Swakarya Insan Mandiri, focusing on payment reminders for FIF GROUP customers, and a Televerification position at Asia Outsourcing Services, where Meta Gracilla verified customer data for BCA credit card applications. Meta Gracilla holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, specializing in International Relations from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta, completed in 2007.
