Gonzalo Francisco Alvarez Fidalgo

Gonzalo Francisco Alvarez Fidalgo has worked in the IT industry since 2007. Gonzalo Francisco began their career as a Help Desk agent at IBM, where they were promoted to Second Level, Coordinator, and Team Leader. In 2015, they joined Avaya as a Software Specialist, where they implemented solutions as part of virtual and global teams. Gonzalo Francisco also obtained and maintained supported products certifications, and managed IT projects. In 2018, they joined Telnyx as a Junior Infrastructure Engineer and Network Operations Center, where they were responsible for providing access to carrier grade voice services over the internet.

Gonzalo Francisco Alvarez Fidalgo attended Cangallo Schule from 1990 to 1996, where they completed their Elementary School education. Gonzalo Francisco then attended E.M.E.T Nº1 Otto Krause from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Technology, specializing in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Technician.
