Michelle Hylan is the Founder and CEO of Innov8tive Research Consulting. Michelle also serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Telocyte. With extensive experience as a Clinical Consultant at various pharmaceutical companies such as Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc., Regenacy Pharmaceuticals LLC, HemoShear Therapeutics, and Allena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Michelle has also been a Principal Consultant at Halloran Consulting Group, Inc., Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, and Shire HGT. Michelle received their education from Wellesley College and Connecticut College.
