Jim Frost has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Jim started their career as a Senior Consultant at Metamor Worldwide, where they focused on Oracle ERP system implementation and custom database design.

Jim then moved on to roles with Ericsson Inc., where they served as the Director of Support and Deliveries for TEMS Products and later as the Sales Operations Manager for the Americas region. In these positions, they oversaw product and service delivery, supply chain management, and customer support on a global scale.

Jim later joined Ascom Inc. as the Director of Supply Chain and Customer Support, where they successfully transformed the company into a Wireless Test Equipment OEM and implemented new manufacturing processes and organizations.

Jim continued their career at Anite as the Director of Supply Chain and Customer Support, establishing the company as a Wireless Test Equipment OEM and sourcing new component suppliers.

Jim then worked as a Consultant with Ericsson Inc. in their Wireless Capacity group, where they performed process review and improvement programs.

Jim joined Akinnovate, LLC as the Director of Data Management and Systems Integration, where they managed the implementation of an enterprise-wide planning solution and led change management for a nation-wide program.

Jim served as the Head of Data Transformation & Automation at Telogical Systems, leading efforts to transform data operations and automation.

Currently, Jim works at R-Path Automation as the Lead Engagement Partner. In this role, they design and deploys automations, leads digital operations strategy assessments, and manages automation efforts from PoC/Pilot to customer.

Most recently, Jim was the Director of Digital Transformation at Algo, where they optimized supply chain outcomes using Algo's analytics-enriched planning platform and integrated professional services. Jim delivered incremental improvements and ROI for clients through the platform's collaborative planning and simulation capabilities.

Jim Frost has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management and a minor in Database Technology. Jim obtained this degree from Strayer University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019.

Additionally, Jim has a certification called "Stay Lean with Kanban" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in June 2023.
