Melanie Hood

Melanie Hood is currently a Market Research Analyst at Telogical Systems. Melanie previously worked as a Catering Manager at Jason's Deli from January 2011 to February 2014. As Catering Manager, Melanie was responsible for managing Delco, the catering system, by answering the phone and overseeing the deliveries of food in a timely order. Melanie also provided customer service such as helping to take orders, serve food, and bus tables. Melanie has extensive knowledge of the cash register and computer programs necessary for running the catering system. Melanie is able to delegate tasks to other employees and hold the finished product to the highest standard.
