Leigh Gibson

Leigh Gibson serves as the Group Owner for Employee Experience Engineering at Telstra, emphasizing the development of virtual workplace technologies and software tools for technology teams. With a strong background in technology leadership, Leigh co-founded Technology Executive Women to support women in senior tech roles and previously held multiple leadership positions at ANZ, significantly improving service observability and operational efficiency. Additional roles include project management in various sectors, founding a retail business, and participation in high-profile projects such as the London 2012 Olympics and the Commonwealth Games. Leigh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Griffith University.
