Sara Piedmonte

Sara Piedmonte, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at TELUS Digital since February 2025. Prior to this, Sara held various leadership roles at WillowTree, including VP of Human Resources and VP of Human Resources and Talent Experience, with a focus on enhancing employee experience and fostering a collaborative work environment across multiple states. Sara's career began at NIITEK, Inc. as an HR Specialist, followed by HR roles at Cardno, including HR Business Partner for the Government Services and Emerging Markets Divisions. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Auburn University, earned in 2009.
