Jennifer Shah

Jennifer Shah currently serves as the Vice President of Communications at TELUS, overseeing internal and external communication activities, public relations, issues management, and executive visibility activities since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Chief Communications Officer at Aviva from July 2018 to January 2022, where leadership of an award-winning communications team was vital. Jennifer also held various positions including Head of External Communications at Aviva Canada, Senior Vice President at FleishmanHillard, and Product Marketing Manager at Nokia. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from Humber College.
