Randy Biln is an experienced operations and customer experience leader with a strong background in loyalty, retention, and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager - Loyalty & Retention at TELUS since February 2022, Randy previously held the position of Director, Customer Experience at the Industry Training Authority (ITA) from February 2018 to February 2022, contributing to the enhancement of British Columbia’s skilled trades system. Prior roles include Regional Manager of Operations at Greyhound Lines, Inc., and several positions at Rogers Communications, where Randy focused on customer retention and support management.
