Samim Safaei

Samim Safaei is a seasoned product management professional with a strong background in technology and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at TELUS since November 2021, Samim leads Generative AI Product Strategy and has previously managed strategy and roadmapping for a new product portfolio in Industry Solutions. As the CEO and Founder of aloom from September 2018 to October 2021, Samim developed a unique cognitive neuroscience-based algorithm and a full-stack MVP. Samim's prior experience includes leadership roles at AMPL Energy and Global Fire Products Inc., where Samim focused on IoT technology and fire safety innovations, respectively. Samim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Integrated Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
