Youssef El-Khatib

Youssef El-Khatib, P.Eng, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in program and project management, primarily in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Program Manager at TELUS since July 2017, Youssef has overseen significant initiatives including Unified Communications DevOps, corporate voice platform migrations, and the Wireless Small Cell Program. Previous roles at TELUS include Sr. Project Manager for Voice Cloud Collaboration and Project Manager for the Wireline Sustainment Portfolio, where Youssef managed key projects such as the Calgary and Edmonton LRT projects. Prior to TELUS, Youssef worked at SNC-Lavalin as Telecommunications Discipline Lead, managing high-profile telecommunications infrastructure projects globally in the oil and gas and mining industries. Youssef holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
