Fernando Castro

Fernando Castro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure transformation, business operations, and project management. Currently serving as Infrastructures Transformation Manager and previously holding roles such as Business Operations Manager and Development Manager at Telxius since November 2016, Fernando has effectively managed key performance indicator implementations and significant projects related to network maintenance. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Telefónica, S.A., where responsibilities encompassed customer experience and quality management, as well as project management in network operations. Fernando began a career at Grupo Industrial Lala as a Business Intelligence Analyst, focusing on commercial strategy development and data analysis.
