Pilar Alvarez

Pilar Alvarez is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Business Partner at Telxius since May 2017. Prior experience includes the role of BP rrhh at Gas Natural Fenosa from October 2015 to May 2017, where Pilar was responsible for coordinating HR with corporate business areas and implementing HR processes. Prior to that, Pilar was the HR Manager at Winners (bwin retail) from February 2010 to July 2014, managing personnel across multiple work centers in Spain and overseeing recruitment, training, and organizational development. Earlier in the career, Pilar worked as a Senior Selection Consultant at Page Personnel from October 2006 to February 2009, specializing in comprehensive selection processes. Pilar holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from ADM Business School and a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
