Tijmen de Groot

Tijmen de Groot is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic guidance and commercial roles. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the TeMa Groningen Study Association, Tijmen has previously held positions such as External Relations and Acquisition & Day Coordinator, effectively managing partnerships and organizing key events. As a Commercial Working Student at Belsimpel, Tijmen was promoted to marketing coordinator, leading the implementation of a new email marketing platform and specializing in data analytics. Tijmen also contributes as a Faculty Council Member at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Groningen, advising on policies and representing student interests. Tijmen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Technology Management and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Technology and Operations Management at the University of Groningen.
