Ilse Meijer has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ilse currently holds the position of Global Head of HR at Tembo Group since April 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Regional HR Manager at Royal De Heus from September 2017 to April 2021. From September 2015 to September 2017, they served as an HR project lead/Sr HR Business Partner at The HEINEKEN Company. Before that, they held the role of HR Manager at Stegeman, Campofrio Food Group from March 2009 to September 2015. Ilse began their HR career as an HR Adviseur at Sallcon Werktalent from August 2006 to March 2009. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Adviseur at Actys bv from 2003 to 2006, and at ARCADIS from 2000 to 2003.
Ilse Meijer pursued their education with a focus on organizational psychology. In 2011, they attended NCOI for a Post Bachelor in Organisatiepsychologie, which they completed in the following year, 2012. Earlier in their academic journey, from 1997 to 2000, Ilse Meijer studied at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, specializing in AMA-P&O, which refers to the field of Administrative Management and Personnel & Organization.
