Monica Gutierrez

Monica Gutierrez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Monica began their career in 2008 as a Press Secretary for the Office of Congressman Joe Baca, where they fulfilled congressional and press duties. Monica then transitioned to the role of Director of Marketing & Public Relations at Del Terra, where they managed marketing budgets, media campaigns, and crafted responses to RFQs.

In 2010, Gutierrez became an Executive Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Gutierrez, Fierro & Erickson. In this role, they were responsible for senior-level client management, drafting legal documents, and maintaining office supply inventory.

In 2015, Gutierrez joined Massage Envy as a Corporate Sales representative, achieving the highest quarter clinic sales award. Monica demonstrated strong sales skills and consistently met monthly and quarterly sales goals.

From 2016 to 2017, Gutierrez worked as a Staffing Consultant at AppleOne Employment Services, specializing in temporary and direct hire recruiting across various industries. Monica built and maintained strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Gutierrez then served as a Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they supported Inland Empire businesses and job seekers by fulfilling employment needs and connecting them with the best talent available.

In 2019, Gutierrez joined Amtec Inc. as a Senior Account Executive. Monica leveraged their 10 years of experience in sales, account management, and recruiting to build and maintain relationships, deliver high-performing talent, and drive profitability.

Gutierrez then transitioned to Brenntag in 2020, where they initially worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter before being promoted to Corporate Recruiter. Monica'sresponsibilities included managing the recruitment process and supporting various HR functions.

Most recently, Gutierrez has taken on leadership roles at Temco Logistics, starting as the Director of Talent Acquisition in 2021 and then being promoted to the Director of Exempt Recruiting & Branding in 2022. In these positions, they have been responsible for overseeing recruiting efforts and establishing a strong employer brand.

Throughout their career, Gutierrez has consistently demonstrated their abilities in sales, client management, recruiting, and leadership. Monica is motivated, committed to quality and timely delivery, and has a strong focus on building successful teams and driving profitability.

Monica Gutierrez pursued their education in Communications, focusing on the field of Communications. Starting in 1996, they attended Marymount California University for a brief period. Later, from 1999 to 2004, Monica enrolled at California State University, Fullerton, where they successfully completed their degree in Communications.
