Merle Ortiz-Luis

Merle Ortiz-Luis is a Phlebotomist-ED who has extensive experience drawing blood from patients of all ages, including infants to geriatrics, in various healthcare settings. Merle has worked at Temecula Valley Hospital, Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center, Quest Diagnostics, and Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. Merle is also educated in Phlebotomy Technician and Medical Assistant, Front and Back Office from Moreno Valley College and Mt. San Jacinto College.
