Karen Fonner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development, programming, and merchandising. Currently serving as COO of Temp-tations, LLC since February 2019, Fonner previously held the role of Vice President of New Business Development at the same company. At QVC, Fonner progressed from a Buyer to Senior Vice President of Programming and Planning, leading a team of 100 to execute strategic initiatives that significantly increased sales and customer engagement. Notably, Fonner developed effective programming and marketing strategies for multiple channels and orchestrated large-scale promotions such as “Fashion Day,” achieving substantial sales growth. Fonner's career commenced at Macy's as an Assistant Buyer, following the completion of a B.S. in Marketing and Communications from Juniata College.
