Murali Mogasala

Murali Mogasala is an experienced engineering and program management professional with a robust background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Engineering at Tempel, a Worthington Steel Company, since February 2025, Murali previously held key leadership roles at Fisker as Senior Vice President of Vehicle Programs and Vehicle Line Executive, overseeing all aspects of vehicle programs and project management. Prior to that, Murali contributed to Karma Automotive as Vehicle Line Executive and led manufacturing operations for the Advanced Technology Group at Uber. A long tenure at Ford Motor Company included various managerial positions focusing on product launches and prototype management. Murali's early career involved engineering and program management roles at Quantum Consultants and Engineering Technology Associates. Education includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University.
