Cassandra Pierandri has been in the workforce since 2010. Cassandra began their career at the University of Mary Washington as an Admissions Counselor, where they coordinated planning and logistics for recruitment travel, presented daily information sessions, conducted appointments with prospective students, and fielded telephone and email correspondence. In 2014, they joined Sigma Phi Epsilon (Official) as an Executive Assistant, where they coordinated efficient and effective organizational operations with the Managing Director, Finance Director, and Asset Managers of SigEp National Housing, LLC, organized processes related to information management, loan and fund withdrawal requests, account management, constituent education, and internal and external communications, and assessed operational risks and assisted in the development of creative solutions. In 2020, they joined TemperPack as a Customer Success Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Sales Operations Associate.

Cassandra Pierandri received their Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Mary Washington in 2010, having begun their studies in 2006.
