Edgardo L.

Edgardo L. has over 18 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Edgardo began their career in 1984 as a Petty Officer in the US Navy. In 1992, they retired from the US Coast Guard as a Chief Petty Officer. In 2010, they were a Manufacturing Supervisor at Eaton. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Manufacturing Supervisor at Stihl, where they managed 3 assembly lines and main packing stations with 110 employees. Edgardo also had experience with SAP and KRONOS, budget analysis and development, ISO 14001 and 9000, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing, Value stream mapping, TPM and TQM, and production, quality, and efficiency requirements. During this time, they also held the roles of Associate Manager and Manager, Repair Collision Center at Tesla. Edgardo L. is currently a Manufacturing Manager at TemperPack, a position they have held since 2022.

Edgardo L. began their educational journey in 1988 at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they studied General Studies until 1992. Edgardo then attended the USCG Tracen Petaluma - CPO Academy in 2009, where they studied Organizational Leadership and Military Leadership. After that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix in 2007-2009. In 2015, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from Old Dominion University.
