Jakub Jancovic

Jakub Jancovic is an experienced help desk specialist currently employed at TEMPEST since December 2018. Prior to this role, Jakub worked at Orange Slovakia from March 2006 to November 2018, serving both as a call center operator and in customer call service. Earlier experience includes serving as a shop sales person and adviser for Ing. Milan Ďurica DURSAT, and as a salesman at Panta Rhei s.r.o., where responsibilities included customer care and sales transactions. Jakub holds a degree in Geodesy, Cartography, and Cadastre from SPS Stavebna Trnava, completed in 2006.
