What we’re looking for:

As a Technical Solution Engineer, you will be part of a team of subject matter experts within Templafy who will be building and maintaining the foundation for the rest of our technical teams and solution partners to operate efficiently and deliver value to our customers. Technical Solutions Engineering will not be carrying a book of business but will get client exposure through collaboration with other client-facing teams. Besides working closely with the customer-facing teams, you will also work closely with Product, Engineering, and Partners.

We expect you to have a solid technical background. You have a problem-solving mindset and the willingness to apply your skills in troubleshooting to find exemplary solutions. You already have some experience in a similar position with quality results, and you are enthusiastic about finding solutions to problems and delivering exceptional customer experience

Responsibilities:

  • Apply specialized knowledge wherever needed throughout the entire customer journey
  • Assist Pre-Sales on client calls or as a contributor on POCs
  • Assist Customer Solutions Engineers in managing complex platform solutions reviews
  • Handle advanced support requests as part of the advanced technical support effort
  • Working with the Engineering team on incidents and escalations
  • As a specialist within an area, you’ll be the owner of our documentation and responsible for maintaining knowledge base articles relevant to the customers
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to improve the capabilities of our solution
  • Training of Templafy to technical teams and partners

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in technical implementation of cloud-based SaaS software 
  • 2+ years’ experience with software deployment in physical and virtualized environments
  • 2+ years’ experience with user provisioning and management protocols
  • 1 + year with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes experience  
  • Effective stakeholder management and highly collaborative
  • Service-minded and customer-oriented
  • Ambition, self-motivation, and a keenness to learn
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
