Dr. Darek L. Malone

Dr. Darek L. Malone currently serves as Vice President of Growth & Development at The Medicus Firm since August 2022 and holds multiple adjunct faculty positions at educational institutions including Concorde Career Colleges, South College, Dakota State University, Southern New Hampshire University, Temple College, and Park University from 2017 to present. Prior professional experience includes roles as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Mia Aesthetics and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Southwest Key Programs, as well as Director of Talent Acquisition at HCA Healthcare. Dr. Malone possesses an extensive educational background with a PhD in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands, multiple master's degrees from Park University, and additional qualifications including a graduate certificate in Professional Ethics from Texas State University and two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
