Pauline Covely

Pauline Covely has extensive experience in system administration and IT management, currently serving as a System Administrator for ServiceNow at Temple Health – Temple University Health System since August 2018. Prior to this role, Pauline managed BMC Remedy for the IS&T Service Desk at Fox Chase Cancer Center, where responsibilities included overseeing the Help Desk and writing reports with Crystal Reports. With a career spanning over 35 years, Pauline's background also includes a position as a secretary at Trinidad Corporation. Pauline holds an Associate’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
