Josh Fields

Josh Fields is currently the President & CEO of The Next Step Programs INC., a company that creates opportunities for students and young adults with disabilities transitioning out of high school. Josh is also a Co-founder & Board Director of the same organization. In addition, Josh is the Founder & Consultant of Micha Tamar Inclusion, an inclusion consulting firm, and works as an Educator at Temple Sinai of Dresher, PA. Josh has previous experience as a Communications Manager at The Arc of Pennsylvania, a Volunteer Coordinator at Penn State University, and various roles at PALS Programs, YMCA, and other organizations. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
