Maria Palazuelos Jorganes

Maria Palazuelos Jorganes, Ph.D., MBA, currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Research Compliance at Temple University since July 2024. Prior to this role, Maria held the position of Director of Research Compliance at the University of Delaware from January 2012 to July 2024, where responsibilities included developing and monitoring research compliance policies and identifying compliance gaps. Maria's earlier experience includes serving as Site Director for the Florida Site of the Center for Particulate and Surfactant Systems and as Industry Program Manager at the Center for Nano-Bio Sensors at the University of Florida. Maria's academic credentials include an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Delaware, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, research in Particle Science and Technology at Delft University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Ingenieria Quimica from Universidad de Cantabria.
