Darren Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Darren started their career at CBS Radio as a Promotions Assistant, where they wrote articles, organized radio events, and collaborated with vendors. Darren then moved on to BCforward, where they worked as a Tier 1 Technical Support, Tier 2 Escalation Specialist, and Tier 3 Internal/Executive Escalation Specialist, providing technical support and managing escalated actions. After that, they joined Sierra Circuits as a Customer Success Manager, overseeing the end-to-end process for online sales. Currently, they are working at Tempo Automation as a Customer Success Specialist and Project Coordinator for Order Operations, coordinating actions between different teams to ensure smooth production and resolve issues related to PCB production. Overall, Darren has experience in customer success, technical support, project management, and event coordination.

Darren Cruz pursued their education starting in 2010 at Ohlone College, where they earned an Associates degree in Liberal Arts. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they attended California State University-Sacramento, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
