Yosua Kristanto

Yosua Kristanto has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Yosua currently holds the position of Process Engineer at Tempo Automation since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Process/Manufacturing Engineer at Unigen Corporation from October 2019 to March 2021.

Yosua also has experience as a Process Engineer/Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Sonic Manufacturing Technologies, where they served from August 2011 to October 2019. During their tenure, they were responsible for preparing toolings for NPI projects.

In 2010, Yosua worked as a Senior Design Team member at Solar Turbines (TurboFab Facility), where they analyzed system bottlenecks and performed assembly-line balancing analysis, resulting in a significant reduction in queuing times. Yosua also documented new production routings during their time there.

Yosua started their career as a Manufacturing Development Intern at PT Sanghiang Perkasa in 2009. Prior to that, they worked as an Industrial Engineering Co-op at GE Energy (Houston Service Center) from August 2008 to January 2009. In this role, they oversaw repairing processes and prioritized work orders to meet promised shipment dates.

Throughout their career, Yosua has demonstrated expertise in process engineering, manufacturing quality, and NPI projects. Yosua has consistently sought to improve quality and productivity by researching industry best practices and consulting with experts.

Yosua Kristanto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, completing their education between the years 2007 and 2010.
