Suleman Dawood

Suleman Dawood has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2016, they joined BuzzBuzzHome as a Research Analyst, where they conducted data analysis and contributed to internal and client presentations. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Analyst, focusing on designing and automating reports and analyzing user behavior.

In 2019, Dawood moved to Numerator and worked as a Data Solutions Expert, developing an analytics platform that integrated structured and unstructured data to provide insights on product health. Suleman also served as a Data Engineer, responsible for maintaining ETL processing and managing a Kubernetes cluster for custom data feeds.

In 2021, Dawood joined RoboEye.ai as a Machine Learning Engineer, where they developed and deployed an internal application for tracking a computer vision pipeline. Suleman also tuned models using manual and automated parameter searches.

Currently, Dawood is working at Tempo Software as a Data Engineer, starting in 2023.

Suleman Dawood completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Honours Economics from McGill University. Suleman attended McGill University from 2011 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, Suleman pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics and Finance from the Barcelona School of Economics, which they completed from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Suleman obtained a Professional Certificate in Data Science from MIT Professional Education in June 2018 and an Introduction to Data Science certification from BrainStation in November 2017.
