Tom Tachelet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager Business Operations at Tempo-Team Belgium since November 2020, Tom also manages the Tempo Team Antwerp branch. Prior experience includes roles as Business Unit Manager at Randstad Belgium, Loopbaancoach at Galilei-Randstad, and various positions focusing on training and consultancy within Randstad HR Solutions. With a strong background in recruitment, training, and diversity management, Tom has a Master's degree in Political and Social Science from the University of Antwerp and an advanced Master's in Human Resources from UAMS.
