Jordan Reynolds has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. They began their career in 2015 as an IT Helpdesk at Information Technology Services - ITS. In 2017, they interned as a Software Developer at Verizon Wireless, where they demonstrated fluency in programming languages such as C++ and Java and gained experience in data mining and machine learning.

From 2018 to 2020, Jordan worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Zoom Video Communications. In this role, they provided support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identified and reported bugs, and assisted with creating documentation and training materials.
