Jordan Reynolds

Jordan Reynolds has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. They began their career in 2015 as an IT Helpdesk at Information Technology Services - ITS. In 2017, they interned as a Software Developer at Verizon Wireless, where they demonstrated fluency in programming languages such as C++ and Java and gained experience in data mining and machine learning.

From 2018 to 2020, Jordan worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Zoom Video Communications. In this role, they provided support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identified and reported bugs, and assisted with creating documentation and training materials.

In 2020, Jordan joined WhiteHat Security as a DAST Technical Support Engineer, where they applied their technical knowledge to support and resolve issues related to Dynamic Application Security Testing.

They then moved to Tricentis in 2021 as a Technical Support Engineer, providing advice and technical support to clients regarding software application problems.

Currently, Jordan is employed at Temporal Technologies as a Developer Success Engineer, starting in 2022.

Jordan Reynolds completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science at Prairie View A&M University from 2012 to 2017.
