Emily Wooten Iom

Emily Wooten, IOM, is an accomplished Business Development Manager at TempStaff since August 2022, while also operating Sweet Southern Occasions, LLC, where planning weddings and corporate events is central to the business. With extensive experience at the Mississippi Economic Council, including roles as Communications & Projects Manager and Program Associate from January 2013 to August 2022, Emily has demonstrated strong communication and project management skills. Previous experience includes serving as Sales Supervisor at Geyser Falls Water Theme Park in 2012. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Public Relations from Mississippi State University, completed in 2011, and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from East Central Community College, earned in 2009.
