Bradley Keen is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the mattress industry. Currently serving as the Business Activation Manager at Tempur Sealy International since May 2023, Keen previously held multiple leadership roles at Sleep Galleria, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations, from January 2020 to April 2023. Prior experience spans nearly a decade at Mattress Firm, where Keen was instrumental as General Manager of Operations, implementing operational efficiencies and managing logistics for significant home deliveries. Training and development initiatives led to substantial improvements in inventory management and customer satisfaction scores during Keen's tenure at Mattress Firm.
