Bruce Rintoul

Bruce Rintoul has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. BRUCE started their career as a Senior Supply Chain Specialist at Philips in 1999. BRUCE then progressed to become a Supply Chain Consultant, where they were responsible for initiating and supporting process improvement projects within the supply chain. Rintoul's expertise in supply chain management led him to assume roles as a Procurement Director and Global Director of Supply Chain Management at Philips, where they successfully implemented inventory reduction strategies and achieved significant improvements in customer service levels.

After their tenure at Philips, Rintoul joined ConvaTec, a former BMS company, as a Director of Supply Chain Management/Optimization. In this role, they managed various functions such as global supply planning, Americas supply chain, contract manufacturing supply chain, and global S&OP process. BRUCE also achieved notable accomplishments, such as redesigning and implementing a new labeling process that reduced cycle time by 60%.

Rintoul's career progression continued at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they served as the Director of S&OP Americas. During their time at Tempur Sealy International, they held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain Planning & Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for optimizing supply, demand, and inventory planning processes.

Throughout their career, Rintoul has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams and driving improvements in various aspects of supply chain management. Their expertise in sales and operations planning, customer delivery, inventory management, and process optimization has contributed to their success in the field.

Bruce Rintoul attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the University of the West of Scotland in the years 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer and Management Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University from 1994 to 1996.
