Emmanuel Juarez

Emmanuel Juarez is an accomplished manufacturing leader with extensive experience in operations management, demonstrated through various roles at Tempur Sealy International and Boeing. Currently serving as Director Of Manufacturing at Tempur Sealy International since June 2020, Emmanuel has previously held positions as Assistant Director of Manufacturing and Plant Production Manager, where notable achievements included transforming an underperforming facility into a top-performing plant. At Boeing, Emmanuel worked as Emergent Operations Manager, managing production teams and supplying key components for major aircraft programs, and served as BPS Program Manager, collaborating with leadership to enhance the Boeing Production System. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Central College and a diploma from Marmion Military Catholic Academy.
