John Rachid

John Rachid has extensive work experience in the bedding industry. John served as the Vice President of Sales at Tempur Sealy International since 2020. Prior to that, they were the President of Protect-A-Bed from 2016 to 2019, where they were responsible for the North America business and overall company profitability. John also held various executive roles at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, including Executive Group Vice President and Vice President of National Accounts from 1998 to 2016. At Serta, they played a key role in driving revenue growth, implementing strategic plans, and achieving market share dominance. Before their career in the bedding industry, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Sealy and an Account Sales Representative at Ricoh Business Solutions.

John Rachid attended Notre Dame College Prep High School from 1981 to 1985. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Oakland University, which they obtained in the years 1985 to 1989.
