Sarah East has extensive experience in human resources and sales. Sarah started their career at Broyhill Furniture as a Sales Representative before moving on to Tempur Sealy International and Sealy. At Tempur Sealy International, they held positions such as HR Manager, Sr. Manager of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources, overseeing various aspects of the human resource function. At Sealy, they worked as an HR Administrator and Sr. Corporate HR Representative, handling employee relations and implementing HR policies and programs. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and strategic planning. Sarah is also experienced in sales, having worked as a Retail Sales Specialist at Sealy and serviced national accounts.
