Steve Rusing

Steve Rusing serves as the Executive Vice President and President of US Sales at Tempur Sealy International, where responsibilities include overseeing all domestic sales operations for the world's largest bedding company and leading a sales team of over 300 individuals. Prior to this role, Rusing held various positions at Sealy, including Senior VP of National Accounts, where management of a $500 million account portfolio was crucial, and Vice President of Sales for National Accounts and the West Region, both of which involved substantial P&L responsibilities. Rusing began their career as a Sales Account Manager at Versyss Inc., selling software and hardware solutions across multiple industries. Rusing holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Wayne State University.
