Tyler Spanyer

Tyler Spanyer is an experienced HR Compliance Manager at Tempur Sealy International, where responsibilities include managing global compliance initiatives for 12,000 employees and developing new policies in alignment with global regulations. Previously, Tyler worked in the Global Internal Audit team, overseeing compliance training for a multi-billion dollar company and managing a Code of Conduct rollout in 15 languages.
