Will Smith

Will Smith is an experienced CPA and MBA with a diverse background in finance and accounting. Will has held various roles throughout their career, starting as an Audit Supervisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited in 1984. Will then went on to work at GenCorp as a Senior Accountant and Senior Financial Analyst. In 1991, they joined Blair Rubber Company as a Controller and was later promoted to the role of President and General Manager of the Advanced Polymer Systems Division. In 1995, they began working at Sealy, where they held positions such as Controller, Area Controller, and Regional Controller, before becoming the Director of Finance for the Components & Bedding division. Since 2013, Will has been working at Tempur Sealy International as the Director of Operations Finance, where they oversee financial reporting, planning, and analysis for multiple plants. Throughout their career, Will has demonstrated strong financial management skills and a focus on driving profitability, productivity, and cost control within organizations.

Will Smith, CPA, MBA earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Akron in 1984. Will then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Case Western Reserve University from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their education, Smith holds multiple certifications including being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Lean Black Belt Professional from the Management and Strategy Institute, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
